WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FREE WORKOUT

During your athlete’s first 60-minute workout at Shoot 360 Lino Lakes, one of our dedicated coaches will guide them through a full introduction to the Shoot 360 training experience. This is much more than a typical basketball workout — it’s a personalized, data-driven session designed to help athletes train smarter and build confidence on the court.

The workout begins with 30 minutes of skills station training focused on ball-handling, passing, decision-making, and game-speed reactions. Athletes will use Shoot 360’s advanced interactive technology to develop fundamental skills in a fun, competitive, and engaging environment.

The second half of the session includes 30 minutes at our shooting stations, where athletes receive real-time feedback using shot-tracking technology and interactive displays. Players can track shooting accuracy, release time, consistency, and performance metrics while getting immediate coaching feedback throughout the workout.

Throughout the entire session, our coaches provide hands-on instruction, encouragement, and personalized guidance to ensure every athlete has a productive and positive experience. This introductory workout gives families a firsthand look at the innovative training environment that makes Shoot 360 Lino Lakes unique.
